Disassembly

Remove Clutch Hub and Gears from Output Shaft
Click on the underlined sentence.
SST (Bearing remover)
Hydraulic press
Support plate
Output shaft bearing
4th driven gear
  1. Remove 4th driven gear
Place SST under the gear and press the output shaft with hydraulic press to remove the output shaft bearing and 4th driven gear.
 
2. Remove 2nd gear and 3rd driven gear
 
3. Remove snap ring
 
4. Remove 1st gear
 
NOTICE:
Removing the gears will also disconnect the output shaft. Make sure to support the output shaft with your hands when removing the gears to prevent the shaft from falling.
