Reassembly

Install Alternator Pulley

Click on the underlined sentence.

	SST1 (Alternator rotor shaft wrench)
	SST2 (Alternator pulley set nut wrench)
	Pulley lock nut

To ensure that the shaft does not turn when tightening the lock nut, hold the shaft with the SST while tightening the lock nut

1.	Install alternator pulley
	(1)	Install the alternator pulley and temporarily install the pulley lock nut. Then install SST1-A and SST1-B on the tip of the pulley shaft.
		Tighten SST1-A and SST1-B to the specified torque to hold SST1-A on the pulley shaft.
		Torque: 39.2 N-m (400 kgf-cm)

	(2)	Hold SST2 in a vise and then with SST1-A and SST1-B installed on the alternator, insert the pulley lock nut into the hexagonal part of SST.
