Reassembly

Install Alternator Brush Holder Assembly

Install alternator brush holder |
| Using a small flat-blade screwdriver, push and hold the brushes into the brush holder and install as a unit onto the end frame. |

| 2. |
Visual inspection |
| Once installed, remove the screwdriver and conduct a visual check to see if the brushes contact the slip rings. |

NOTICE:
Since the brushes are softer than the screwdriver, they can be easily damaged. To prevent this, wrap vinyl tape around the tip of the screwdriver. |
