While charging refrigerant via the low-pressure side, exercise caution to prevent liquid refrigerant being drawn into the compressor, which will damage the compressor. |

Do not overcharge the system with refrigerant as it will cause insufficient cooling or overheating. |

Before commencing to charge the A/C system with refrigerant, ensure the high and low-pressure side valves and closed and open the air purge valve on the manifold gauge set to purge any air from the middle charging hose (green) and from the manifold gauge set. |
