Make sure the steering wheel and steering gear are in the centre position. Then align the steering intermediate shaft and steering gear matchmarks and connect the two. Tighten the bolts to fasten them in position.
NOTICE: If the steering intermediate shaft and the steering gear are not aligned, the centre position of the steering wheel will be offset.
The airbag spiral cable could also break apart.
