Clean Air Filter

Function
|
| To purify the intake air, a filter is attached to the intake port of the air conditioner. |

Replacement
|
| If the clean air filter becomes clogged, it is difficult to draw air into the cabin which results in poor air conditioning efficiency. To prevent this, check and replace the clean air filter periodically. The maintenance and replacement interval for the air filter varies depending on the model and the operating conditions, so always refer to the maintenance schedule. |

Types

| There are 2 types of clean air filters: one type only removes dust and the other has a deodorizing action using active carbon. |
HINT:
The clean air filter is installed in most recent vehicles, and the filter can easily be removed.
