Heater
|
| To heat the air introduced into the cabin, a heater core is used as a heat exchanger. The heater core allows the engine coolant, heated by the engine, to flow through the core and uses the heat to heat the air drawn in by the blower fan. However, as the temperature of the heater core is low until the engine coolant reaches full operational temperature, the heater core doesn't function well as a heater immediately after the engine starts. |
