Reassembly

Install Clutch Release Fork and Release Bearing

Click on the appropriate illustration buttons.

	Clutch release fork
	Release bearing
	Input shaft
	Release fork support
	Clip
	Apply grease

1.	Apply grease
Apply grease to the positions in the illustration.
HINT:
•	Apply spline grease to the input shaft.
•	Apply release hub grease to clutch release fork and clutch release bearing.

2.	Install release bearing
(1)	Install the release bearing, making sure of the installation direction.
(2)	Insert the clutch release fork into the release bearing and make them engaged with the clip.
HINT: Insert the clutch release fork by gently lifting the clip edge.

3.	Install release fork Pass the release bearing through the input shaft and install the clutch release fork on the release fork support.
HINT: Check that the clutch release fork and bearing operate smoothly.
