Step on the clutch pedal and operate the shift lever. Make sure that the shift lever moves with moderate force and that the lever can be placed in each shift position smoothly.
NOTICE: In case of malfunction, check the installation status of
the shift and select cables.

Check wheel alignment
When removing the suspension member from the vehicle,
check wheel alignment. Refer to the Repair Manual for this procedure.
