Remove the crankshaft bearing cap bolts in sequence from outside to inside.
HINT:
If the bearing cap cannot be easily removed, insert the two removed bolts into the bolt
holes and wiggle them while removing the cap.

Remove crankshaft
Remove the crankshaft by pulling it straight out from the top.

Remove bearing
Carefully insert a flat-head screwdriver into the slit (section A) of the bearing cap
and remove the bearing by prying it outward using the screwdriver.
