Remove Starter

Short-circuit prevention cover
 
1. Remove starter cable
  (1) Remove the short-circuit prevention cover.
  (2) Remove the starter cable set nut.
  (3) Disconnect the starter cable from terminal 30 of the starter.
HINT:
Since the starter cable is connected directly to the battery, it has a short- circuit prevention cover.
 
2. Disconnect starter connector
 
3. Remove starter
