| Remove the drive belt and then remove the alternator
from the vehicle. |

Disassembly |
| Remove the pulley from the alternator, and then
disassemble the rotor, rectifier and field coil. |

Inspection |
| Check continuity of the rotor, rectifier, etc. |

Reassembly |
| Reassemble the disassembled rotor, rectifier,
and field coil. |

5.

Installation |
| Install the alternator on the vehicle and adjust
the drive belt tension. |
