Refrigeration System

Condenser

1. Function
The condenser cools the high temperature, high pressure gaseous refrigerant delivered by the compressor and changes it into a relatively high-temperature, high-pressure refrigerant that is now mostly in the liquid state. However, the refrigerant still contains a small amount of gaseous content, even after leaving the condenser.
2. Construction
The condenser consists of tubes and fins, and is installed on the front surface of the radiator.
3. Operation
The high-temperature, high-pressure gaseous refrigerant sent from the compressor separates out into the 3 internal passages, or tubes, at the entry port of the condenser before passing through the condenser to be cooled.
