Remove suspension cross member and centre member
|

Raise the chain block until light tension is
applied.

CAUTION:
|
|
•
|
If the chain block is raised too high, the vehicle
could be raised off of the lift creating a very dangerous situation.
|
|
•
|
If the tension on the sling device right and
left chains is not equal, the engine could tilt greatly to one side creating a
very dangerous situation.

Remove the nut and stabilizer link. |
| (3) |
Remove the engine mount bolts and nut, and separate the engine
mount from the suspension member. |

(4)
|
Support suspension cross member with transmission
jack.
|
| (5) |
Remove the member mounting bolts and then separate the suspension cross member, centre member, lower arm, power steering gear and stabilizer as a unit. |
