Make matchmarks on the propeller shaft and differential.

Remove the bolts and nuts from the companion flange and centre bearing.
(3)
Use a plastic hammer to tap on the joints to release the engagement
and then remove the propeller shaft.
NOTICE:
If the propeller shaft installation position is
offset when installed, it will cause abnormal sound and vibration.
HINT:
•
Removing the propeller shaft requires two people.
•
When removing the propeller shaft with a centre bearing, make matchmarks for those positions before removal. Using the wrong spacer positions during installation could cause vibration.
