Adjust preload
(1)
If the measured value is outside the standard value, use SST to remove the front and rear bearing outer races and shims, select a suitable replacement shim and reinstall the outer races and shims.
(2)
Repeat the procedure described in Measure preload until the preload is within the standard value range.
