Procedures for installing the bearings and oil seals differ according to their respective shapes and positioning.To prevent the bearings being damaged from exerting undue pressure on the rollers, press on either the outer or inner race using the procedure indicated in the repair manual.
Note that the bearings and oil seals have direction. Make sure correct positioning is checked before fitting the bearings and oil seals.
