A manual transaxle (manual transmission) is a device that allows engine torque to be increased (less vehicle speed) or decreased (more vehicle speed) to suit different driving conditions and transmits it to the drive wheels. Refer to the "Drive Train" for the differential contained in the manual transaxle. |
