The information here is provided to allow Service Technicians to study in the workplace in preparation for Pro Technician classroom training. It is essential Technicians have a good understanding of the procedures covered in the modules listed below before attempting the Pre Course exam, as the exam is a prerequisite for attendance at the related practical training course at your Regional Training Centre.
Quizzes are provided to assist in the learning process. It is recommended that the quizzes to test your understanding be taken a number of times as subsequent attempts will display the variety of questions that will appear in the exam. There is no limit to the number of times a quiz can be taken, and the results are not recorded. However the attempts at a module exam will be limited to three (3) in a given period.
